Shipping & Returns
Deliveries made in Panama City will be shipped in 2-3 business days from the day of purchase. Once payment is received an email will be sent out with details of shipping day and approximate time of arrival. We use local messengers to do deliveries.
If you wish to pay through banca en linea, send us an email with the item(s) of preference and we will get back to you.
All pieces are shipped from Panama City, Panama. The shipping prices are available upon checkout. Once the order is placed, shipments take 2-3 days to process from our studio to the post office, and shipping time is aprox. 4-5 days (business days) to arrive. However, it can take longer to arrive, depending on customs. We will provide a tracking number once shipped.
Depending on the country we are shipping to, you may be subjected to additional fees. TARA CHIAL is not responsible for tax and custom fees or lost deliverables.

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us with your invoice number, name and reason of return so we can authorize it. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use. Options for returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or store credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to help you.
Our pieces are handmade, therefore they are to be handled with care. If your piece shows signs of damage due to wear and you would like to get it fixed or repaired, please contact us at our email below so we can send you a repair + shipping quote.
